The opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Creative Specialist to join our dynamic design team. This role focuses on delivering bespoke design solutions across digital, motion, and physical formats. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (particularly After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator), and comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. You will collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders across time zones to craft engaging multimedia experiences that bring stories to life. While the Senior Visual Designer will primarily focus on digital and print assets, your flexibility to support ad hoc slide design needs is a valuable plus.
How you’ll make an impact:
You will lead the creation of motion graphics, digital visuals, and print-ready assets based on strategic or campaign need, understand complex design briefs and translate them into compelling, custom creative solutions and provide expertise on animation, transitions, and storytelling through visual motion.
You will support brand expression through dynamic, non-template-based visual materials and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align designs with project goals, timelines, and audience expectations.
You will be a proactive partner in creative brainstorming, visual concepting, and cross-media experimentation.
You will participate in feedback loops, refining designs in response to stakeholder and team input and help enhance presentation storytelling where needed, including layout and visual treatments.

You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
Your background:
You hold bachelor’s degree.
Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience working as part of a creative team (agency or in-house).
Proven experience in motion design, illustration, and general design with a strong portfolio of custom creative work.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (especially After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop).
Good to have experience in PowerPoint and presentation storytelling. Comfortable with fast turnarounds and shifting priorities across global teams.
Proficiency in English communication.
