Scopely is seeking a Sr Creative Marketing Manager to join our team!
Stumble Guys is one of our most recent hits, with millions of fans joining the party every single day, constantly keeping it at the top of the charts in over 50 countries and with the ambition of becoming nothing less than a beloved franchise and to be played for many years to come.

You will be the architect of the Stumble Guys brand across a massive ecosystem, including mobile and console stores, 3rd party relationships, and global social channels. This role requires a "get shit done" mentality, someone who can pivot from high-level brand strategy to hands-on project management and store asset optimization in the same afternoon. You will work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, collaborating with Community, UA, Product, and Creative Services to ensure we stay authentic to the Stumble Guys brand.

What You Will Do

  • Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy: Define the marketing approach for each release. Lead brainstorms, set narratives, and ensure all cross-functional teams (Social, Community, UA) are aligned with the branding and GTM execution.
  • Brand & Franchise Ownership: Build and maintain the Stumble Guys franchise across all lanes (Mobile, Console, and 3rd party platforms). Ensure brand consistency while adapting to different ecosystems.
  • Console Marketing: Craft and execute the marketing strategy for Console in collaboration with Strategic Partnerships. Curate visual and copy content and keep store presence optimized at all times.
  • Strategic ASO: Maintain a framework for event cards and featurings globally. Analyze store listings and propose improvements for key elements (icons, screenshots, descriptions) to drive conversion.
  • IP Relationship Management: Act as the primary liaison between marketing teams and external IP partners. Ingest franchise guides and scope creative workflows to ensure world-class IP collaborations thrive.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Juggle multiple stakeholders across UA, Creative Services, Product, and Performance teams, providing feedback loops and visual validation to ensure all output meets the brand's quality bar.
  • Data & Insights: Digest internal and external data to identify trends and justify business decisions. While not a pure analyst role, you will use data to inform future strategies and prove marketing impact.
  • Budget & Project Management: Own the day-to-day execution of the marketing roadmap, managing budgets and ensuring deliverables are met on time and at scale.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: Ample professional experience in Brand, Creative/Digital Marketing, and Product Marketing. You have a proven track record of taking products to market and managing global brands.
  • Execution & Strategy: You are a "strong executor", an advanced contributor who can both design a strategy and roll up their sleeves to ensure its execution is flawless.
  • Communication: Excellent command of the English language is non-negotiable. Strong communication skills are essential for managing stakeholders across different levels of leadership.
  • Multitasking Mastery: Ability to juggle complex projects and diverse stakeholders in a high-pressure, live-ops environment.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in the gaming industry (understanding production cycles and F2P terminology) is highly preferred.
  • Analytical Mindset: Familiarity with marketing analytics and a growing eye for identifying digital trends. You should be able to turn "numbers" into "actionable insights."
  • Trend-Focused: You stay on top of the latest digital marketing trends, CRM strategies, and organic growth tactics.

Please ensure that the résumé/CV you attach is written in English.
