Primary Responsibilities:
- Serve as a solid cross-functional lead with at least 3 years' experience managing partners, stakeholders, and senior leaders
- Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders to present creative ideas confidently, influence decisions, and drive alignment across teams
- Develop sound, insightful creative strategies and marketing plans that align with brand objectives and resonate with target audiences
- Simplify complex asks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment to ensure maximum impact
- Craft compelling brand narratives and messaging grounded in simple, high-quality storytelling for use across multiple touchpoints
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ideate and execute integrated marketing campaigns
- Produce digital assets-including websites, social media content, videos, and graphics-using modern design and content creation tools
- Lead creative agencies with clarity and confidence, providing direction on brand alignment, creative execution, and project delivery
- Support event creative planning and collaborate with internal partners on event design and execution
- Analyze campaign performance data to optimize strategies, measure ROI, and inform future initiatives
- Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing and digital engagement
- Manage individual workstreams while collaborating with other members of the Talent Marketing team as needed
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field
- 9+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, or a related field
- Solid understanding of digital marketing channels including social media, email, SEO, and paid advertising
- Proficiency in modern design and content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and project management tools
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns from concept to completion
- Proven solid creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with demonstrated capacity to think outside the box
- Proven excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to confidently present ideas to stakeholders
