Senior Creative Developer

As a Senior Creative Builder, you will join our team in a unique role that blends business and technology. We are seeking a highly creative and technically skilled individual who can rapidly prototype business applications and bring innovative ideas to life. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a deep understanding of business and pharmaceutical industry needs, and the ability to think fast and outside the box.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in software development, with a focus on rapid prototyping and application development

• Strong understanding of both the business and technical aspects of application development, particularly within the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector

• Experience designing and developing rapid prototypes of business applications using various technologies and platforms (e.g., React, Python)

• Ability to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions and functional prototypes

• Strong communication and collaboration skills for engaging with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress

• Excellent and creative problem-solving skills to address complex business challenges

Nice to Have

• Experience with NextJS, N8N, and AI-powered IDEs (e.g., Cursor)

• Familiarity with leading AI platforms and services such as OpenAI, Anthropic, and open-source AI models

• A portfolio of real applications you have built, especially those using AI (e.g., public GitHub repositories)
