You manage the in-house operations in the Mondelēz International Digital Services Center to ensure impeccable service delivery that satisfies service level agreements and meets productivity and efficiency targets, emphasizing timely, accurate and complete transaction handling and excellent customer care.
How you will contribute:
DevOps Delivery and Transformation:
  • Drive end-to-end DevOps delivery for large-scale O9-planning digital transformation by managing environments, fostering collaboration, and implementing continuous improvement.
  • Integrate global scale using simplified and standardized processes and technologies across the O9 solution.

Release Management and Governance:
  • Lead and govern the O9 Release strategy, establishing standards for built-in quality and reusability, while managing the CI/CD pipeline and overseeing strategic partner delivery.
  • Manage the relationships between delivery teams and internal customers regarding the O9 solution.

Security Operations (SecOps) Leadership:
  • Lead the end-to-end O9 SecOps strategy by integrating security roles, testing, and compliance checks into the pipeline.
  • Manage continuous threat monitoring, incident response, and remediation to ensure regulatory compliance.

Release-to-Production Management:
  • Drive the O9 release-to-production lifecycle by designing the detailed cutover strategy and providing hands-on/technical management of the deployment, go-live event, and stabilization phases to ensure a seamless and reliable transition.
  • Manage local change requests and follow the global governance framework for O9 documentation.

Testing Strategy and Automation:
  • Define and lead O9 Testing strategy by driving regression, automation, and performance testing while advocating for modern methodologies like TOSKA, Selenium, and Risk-Based Testing to accelerate DevOps releases.
  • Identify service improvements to continuously improve the quality of the service provided in the O9 DevOps pipeline.

Vendor and Stakeholder Management:
  • Manage suppliers delivering services for the O9 DevOps and Testing processes.
  • Report on delivery performance and lead reviews with the functional leadership team and key stakeholders.

  • DevOps and Release Leadership: Proven experience managing large-scale, enterprise-level digital transformation projects with a focus on DevOps principles.
  • CI/CD Pipeline Expertise: Deep knowledge of managing continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines, including environment management.
  • Testing Modernization: Expertise in defining and driving advanced testing strategies, including automation, performance, and risk-based testing (e.g., TOSKA, Selenium).
  • SecOps Integration: Experience integrating security testing (SecOps) and compliance into the continuous delivery pipeline.
  • Cutover and Go-Live Management: Demonstrated ability to design and technically manage critical release-to-production lifecycles, cutover, and stabilization.
  • Vendor Management: Experience managing strategic partners and vendors delivering services.
  • People and Collaboration Skills: Demonstrated excellence in communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills, with a focus on collaboration and mentorship.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong skills in problem solving and managing fluctuating workloads.
  • Project management with experience managing large-scale projects

  • Experience with Enterprise Operations Planning (EOP) or Supply Chain Planning (Demand / Supply / IBP) systems.
  • Certification in DevOps, Cloud Technologies (e.g., Azure DevOps, AWS), or industry-leading testing tools.

Education / Certifications:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or engineering, or a Technology related field
