Who are we?

Headquartered in Perth, Australia, with offices around the world, Qoria is an ASX-listed global leader in child digital safety technology and services. We are a purpose-driven business operating under the Linewize brand in North America and Asia Pacific, the Smoothwall brand in the UK, the Qustodio brand in EMEA, and Qoria LK in Sri Lanka.

Our solutions are used by schools, school districts, and parental communities to protect children from harmful online content, identify students at risk based on their digital behaviours, and help teachers maintain focus and safe learning environments in the digital classroom. Today, 30,000 schools and 7 million parents rely on our solutions to help keep 25 million children safe across 180 countries worldwide.

What's the opportunity?

Qoria is looking for a visionary Senior Creative Designer to help the development of its industry leading technology and child digital safety initiatives. You’ll join a values-driven company that puts purpose and storytelling at the heart of everything it does.

This is an exciting opportunity to bring your ideas to life across digital platforms and print. From campaign ideation to roll-out, you'll be hands-on at every stage, championing innovation, and delivering standout work that surprises and inspires.

What you’ll do:

Be a crucial member of the Global Design Team, aiding in concept and execution of creative campaign and brand development. From digital advertisements and large format displays,  to far reaching global initiatives.

  • Design digital assets for web, email and social media.
  • Collaborate closely with the Creative Director and wider marketing teams on campaign development across a wide range of topics for a global audience.
  • Create print collateral including brochures, flyers, and event materials.
  • Develop and maintain branded templates, ensuring visual consistency.

What we’re looking for:

  • A big-idea thinker with a standout portfolio of both agency and corporate work.
  • 4–6+ years’ experience in a similar creative role (agency background essential).
  • Extensive experience with campaign ideation and development.
  • Excellent proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
  • A confident visual communicator who can convey ideas clearly to both internal teams and the wider business.
  • A collaborative, team player with a flexible, open-minded approach to creative feedback and is passionate about purpose-led work.
Working knowledge of Premiere Pro, HTML, and CSS would be a bonus but are not essential.

What’s on offer:

  • Competitive salary and benefits package including a company share scheme and private healthcare.
  • Creative freedom and autonomy in a supportive environment.
  • An opportunity to work on projects that make a real difference to the world.
  • Hybrid working: From our Leeds Head Office.
  • An inclusive culture that champions equity, diversity, and inclusion.

To Apply

To be considered, you’ll need a portfolio that not only showcases your design talent but also demonstrates bold thinking, conceptual strength, and originality. We want to see how your work excites and tells meaningful stories.

Why Smoothwall by Qoria?

  • Impactful Work: Contribute to a mission that supports the safety and wellbeing of children globally.
  • Innovative Environment: Be part of a forward-thinking company that values creativity and innovation.
  • Professional Growth: Opportunities for continuous learning and career advancement.
