About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Corporate Recruiter – Subject Matter Expert (SME) who is passionate about delivering quality hires and building strong partnerships with the business. In this role, you will lead end-to-end recruitment for APAC corporate roles, while also supporting other technical and specialized requirements across regions as needed.
You will work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand business needs, provide market insights, and deliver a seamless candidate experience. Flexibility is key, as this role requires onsite work and the ability to support shifting schedules depending on the country and time zone you will be supporting.
Qualifications:
- Preferably a College Graduate, any course
- With experience as a Corporate Recruiter, preferably supporting APAC markets for at least 2 years
- Exposure to recruiting for technical and specialized roles is a strong advantage
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work onsite (Office Location: Vertis North, Quezon City) and support shifting schedules, depending on the country and time zone supported
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate roles across APAC, from intake to offer and onboarding handoff
- Serve as a trusted recruitment SME, providing guidance on hiring strategies, talent availability, and market trends
- Support technical and specialized roles beyond APAC as business needs require
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, timelines, and success profiles
- Drive proactive sourcing through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and direct sourcing
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and transparent processes
- Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data in the applicant tracking system
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, processes, and regional labor requirements
