Support audits related to certifications such as ISO 9001, ISO 27001, and SOC2, in partnership with the Finance and Cybersecurity teams. Assist in maintaining and achieving compliance with these certifications.
  • Compliance: Act as an internal compliance leader, developing compliance guidelines and policies, and delivering compliance training, representing the company in all compliance aspects.
  • General Legal Advisory: Review, enhance, and expand company contracts and model legal documents. Support the commercial team in reviewing and negotiating amendments to contracts. Manage corporate governance matters and provide general legal counsel.
  • M&A and Due Diligence: Provide legal support for mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence, negotiations, and integration processes.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Legal degree from an accredited institution.
  • Experience: Robust and proven experience as a corporate lawyer, preferably with significant experience in SaaS B2B environments and handling large-scale, complex projects.
  • Technical Skills: Expertise in contract negotiation, drafting, and management. Experience with CLM systems and legal technology solutions is highly desirable.

  • Cross-Functional Experience: Demonstrated success in collaborating with diverse teams, including Commercial, Sales, Finance, Cybersecurity and Management.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish (B2 English level is the minimum acceptable), with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.

Our benefits include career development opportunities, English lessons, in -house and external technical training, extended PTO and paternity leave, premium private health insurance, remote work reimbursement, and a fixed bonus for gastronomy-related purchases.
