Job Description
Join our Resiliency team to ensure the Corporate & Investment Bank's operations continue smoothly, even during disruptions.
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining operational functionality during physical disruptions and supporting the resiliency quality assurance process. You will conduct quality control reviews to ensure documentation meets company policies and standards, ensuring compliance with global regulatory requirements and the bank's best practices.
Additionally, you will provide guidance and support to ensure plans and business impact analyses meet business needs. You will also assist with metrics and data requests and help develop the business resiliency program. We are looking for candidates who can work closely with Compliance, Risk, Audit, and other control teams to strengthen our enterprise-wide control environment.
Job responsibilities
- Support iniatives to develop the business resiliency program.
- Support Incident and Crisis Management activities.
- Provide guidance to business on resiliency program and toolset.
- Support metrics and data requests. Call tree test administration.
- Support Clients and regulatory due diligences and inspections.
- Provide awareness to employees on Resiliency framework.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Work experience in the Financial Services industry, with a good understanding of the products and markets in which CIB operates.
- Attested track record of working to deadlines, with accountability and responsibility for independent workload.
- Prior experience of facilitating formal Governance or working in a Risk & Controls / Business Management/ Operational Controls related role.
- Understanding of the fundamentals of Risk & Controls management.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Knowledge of the firm / corporate & investment banking business.
- Demonstrate understanding of the Business Resiliency Life Cycle.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
- Experience of strong relationship management and stakeholder management.
- Diligent and attention to detail.
- Ability to consistently deliver work of a high standard, to tight timelines.
- Ability to balance and deliver upon multiple delivery requests whilst managing expectations.
