RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify, assess, pursue and execute potential strategic partnerships, investments, and joint ventures
- Partner and collaborate with the senior leaders and internal cross functional stakeholders to establish and lead robust process in identifying and evaluating potential opportunities, from idea generation to screening process that will bring quality acquisition and investment ideas
- Under the guidance of Head of Corporate Development, act as a strong and reliable coordinator with partner companies across all M&A activities
- Work closely with business leader in the entire M&A processes to ensure seamless deal execution and integration
- Perform other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience in corporate development or M&A at fintech or similar industry
- Significant and direct experience M&A negotiation, execution and integration
- Ability to handle projects with multiple work streams and can thrive in a demanding environment with highly motivated and driven professionals
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with demonstrated experience influencing and communicating effectively across all levels and teams across the organization
- Excellent analytical skills; fluent in performing rigorous financial, valuation and other quantitative analyses
