As our (Senior) Corporate Development Manager (f/m/d) you will focus on achieving ZEAL's strategic growth targets. The role combines corporate and business development, venture capital investment and strategic project work. This is a unique position in an exciting, successful and fast-growing company that is redefining an industry.

• Leading group-wide strategic projects in the Corporate Development area

• Leading strategic projects in the new business area (esp. Traumhausverlosung, Freiheit+)

• Driving new growth initiatives in the various business areas

• Managing the existing venture portfolio, pursuing new investments in external start-ups and carrying out exits

• Supporting the identification and execution of add-on M&A investment opportunities

• More than 5 years of relevant professional experience in management or in-house consulting, venture capital, start-up and/or corporate/business development positions

• Outstanding conceptual and strategic thinking skills as well as analytical and financial skills

• Independent working style with hands-on mentality and willingness to take responsibility and deal with details to ensure goal achievement

• Strong networking skills with excellent judgment

• Willingness to take on new challenges and challenge the status quo

• High level of commitment and ability to keep up with multiple ongoing projects

• Strong presentation and communication skills at all levels of the organization and with external stakeholders

• Professional fluency in both German and English
