Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for a Senior Corporate Counsel to join our ever evolving Legal team and help

shape the future of global commerce. You will join a group of dynamic and talented individuals and provide legal support for Genius Point of Sale and other software products.

What you’ll own

  • Draft, review, and negotiate customer-facing commercial agreements, including partner, referral, client, and master services agreements, statements of work, and NDAs.

  • Collaborate with business lines, senior leaders, and legal team members on contract negotiations, pre-litigation disputes, and regulatory requests.

  • Identify key legal and business risks, providing practical guidance and solutions aligned with organizational objectives.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders and customers, effectively communicating legal considerations and recommendations.

  • Support and lead department initiatives aimed at improving legal service delivery and operational efficiency.

What you’ll bring

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school and active membership in good standing with a state bar.

  • 3–6 years of relevant legal experience, ideally including both law firm and in-house exposure.

  • Strong experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements, preferably within technology, financial services, or payments industries.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities to partner effectively across teams.

  • Ability to manage competing priorities, work independently, and apply sound business judgment in a fast-paced environment.

It’s a bonus if you have

  • Experience navigating regulatory requirements in payments, financial services, or technology sectors.

  • Demonstrated ability to apply innovative problem-solving approaches to complex legal matters.

  • Experience supporting cross-functional teams in high-growth or global organizations.
