Job Description:
As a Senior Copywriter, you're a master storyteller and steward of the brand voice and style. You're proficient in all kinds of copy, holding the belief that copy success isn't just about "exciting and delighting," it's about whether the copy performs well to achieve identified KPIs. You don’t consider yourself just a writer—you’re a word architect, cohesively developing clear content hierarchies that support our “why” behind the message. You pivot between projects and larger campaigns with ease, always keeping quality, strategy, and results at the forefront of your work. Within the copywriting team, you’re a strategic leader and mentor. As a member of the marketing org, you're capable of communicating and strategizing with project owners and stakeholders to tailor your work to specific audiences. You value meeting key initiatives creatively and view collaboration as integral to getting projects done.

What you’ll do:

Partner with project owners, making recommendations on the best way to meet their needs through copy, and taking initiative to fill in context and knowledge gaps when necessary

Assist in achieving brand positioning and lead on contributing ideas to brand plans

Write compelling copy from web copy to banner ads to event assets to blog posts to email nurtures and much more

Collaborate with designers and other creatives to ensure the highest-quality final product

Research industries and topics to produce personalized content by audience

Shape language and tone of copy to elevate brand voice, using data from a wide range of sources to analyze key themes and identify possible impacts on the business

Meet deadlines on all projects and assist on review tasks to ensure copy is flawless

Analyze and evaluate the feasibility and relevance of proposed complex products, developing and amending as necessary with minimal guidance from director

Mentor junior and mid-level writers, participating in peer reviews, freelance management, and other tasks as assigned
Experience you’ll bring:

Requirements:

Experience working in marketing as a content marketer/strategist, copywriter or related role

Experience writing for B2B and B2C audiences

Experience writing content for every stage of the marketing lifecycle

Experience writing for performance marketing/paid media
Travel Requirements:
While Pluralsight operates under a remote and hybrid work model, we believe that in-person connection and collaboration are important. Recurring travel to our HQ in Utah may be required depending on the role and team member location.

The annual US base salary range for this role is $100,500 - $124,100 USD. Pluralsight's pay ranges vary based on work location. Talent Acquisition can share more detail during the hiring process when applicable. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. In addition to the base salary, this role may also be eligible for benefits and bonuses.
