- Coordinate employer registration and payment processes, utilizing both internal and vendor platforms, and partnering with HGSE finance colleagues.
Marketing, communications, and student engagement
- Implement and maintain web and communication content in alignment with CSO strategy and guidelines.
- Draft and distribute constituent-facing communications, including outreach emails, event promotion, newsletter content, and registration reminders, with a focus on detail and deadlines.
Data, reporting, and process improvement
- Support data management, analysis, and process improvement initiatives by developing data trackers, dashboards, and reports to analyze employer engagement and event metrics to assist the CSO with data-informed decision making.
Coaching/Advising and Institutional Support
- Offer weekly one-to-one career advising appointments with students and alumni (∼3-10 hours/weekly based on peak demand).
- Support CSO events, some of which take place outside standard work hours: early mornings, evenings, or weekends.
