We are currently seeking a Senior Coordinator to join our Commercial Sales & Revenue Operations team based in our New York, NY location (this role is remote).


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Enter commercials into Wide Orbit upon receiving traffic instructions from various advertisers and apply copy rotations accordingly, making any necessary revisions upon agency request
  • Assist in building, optimizing, and downloading the daily broadcast log for Sundance Linear. Senior Coordinator will need to maneuver commercial inventory in a logical manner to maximize our commercial inventory while adhering to advertisers’ restrictions, including content sensitivity.
  • Identify Inventory Code issues and oversold inventory categories and address with sales assistants.
  • Troubleshoot any on-air discrepancies with B&T in a timely and effective manner.
  • Identify and execute any necessary Day-of-Air creative changes with B&T
  • Manage copy validation process to ensure that all copy entries have been checked and verified for accuracy before log downloads.
  • Provide training on log building and copy entry as necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS (Required & Preferred)

  • Bachelor’s Degree Required
  • 2-4 years experience in traffic, scheduling, media planning or production management strongly preferred.
  • Leadership Ability and Management skills a must
  • Ability to maintain strong attention to detail in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent Problem-solving skills – ability to work through oversell situations and work with software that sometimes has limitations.
  • Wide Orbit Experience a plus

The base compensation for this position is $60,000 - $65,000 commensurate with experience. AMC Global Media additionally offers a comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Prescription Drug Coverage, 401k Plan, Wellness Program, Life Insurance, Tuition Reimbursement, Paid Time Off, Paid Parental Leave and Adoption Services, among other benefit plan options, subject to eligibility requirements.
