The Senior Conveyancer will be responsible for managing end-to-end real estate transactions, ensuring smooth coordination between buyers, sellers, brokers, trustees, developers and banks. The role requires strong knowledge of Dubai property transfer procedures, high attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple transactions under tight timelines.
Key Responsibilities- Manage full conveyancing process for property transactions (secondary market)
- Review and draft agreements, addendums, and transaction documents
- Coordinate with all stakeholders:
- Buyers & Sellers
- Real Estate Brokers
- Banks / Mortgage Consultants
- Trustee Offices (e.g., Injaz)
- Prepare and verify:
- Title Deeds
- NOCs from developers
- Mortgage clearance / liability letters
- Ensure compliance with Dubai Land Department regulations and procedures
- Handle escrow / fund coordination where applicable
- Monitor transaction timelines and ensure on-time transfer completion
- Identify and escalate risks, delays, or documentation gaps
- Maintain proper records and update CRM / internal systems
- Support in resolving transaction-related disputes in a neutral and professional manner
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of conveyancing experience in Dubai real estate
- Strong understanding of:
- DLD procedures
- Trustee transfer process
- Mortgage and cash transactions
- Experience handling both buyer and seller representation is preferred
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Efficient handling of high transaction volume (target-based)
- Minimal transaction delays or errors
- High level of client satisfaction
- Strong coordination with brokerage, trustee, and RM teams
- Existing network with brokers, banks, and developers in Dubai
- Experience in handling complex or high-value transactions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Skills Required
- 3-5 years of conveyancing experience in Dubai real estate
- Strong understanding of Dubai Land Department (DLD) procedures
- Knowledge of trustee transfer process (e.g., Injaz)
- Experience with mortgage and cash transaction processes, including mortgage clearance letters
- Experience preparing and verifying title deeds and NOCs from developers
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple transactions and meet tight timelines
- Experience handling both buyer and seller representation
