Job Description:The Group Senior Controller coordinates budgeting, reporting, and analysis of key KPIs, P&L, and BS positions for a group of countries. Responsibilities include leading methodology, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for a specific P&L line (e.g., Construction, Property, Energy, or Overhead), and partnering with local controllers. The role also involves producing reports to support management, driving efficiency improvements, and participating in system implementation changes.- Coordinate budgeting, reporting and analysis of key KPIs and of P&L and BS positions for a group of countries.
- Lead Group methodology, budgeting, forecasting and reporting for one of the P&L lines, such as Construction, Property, Energy or Overhead.
- Business partnering with local controllers.
- Supporting other teams and management by producing reports & analysis helping achieve company targets.
- Searching for means for quality and efficiency increase in agenda assigned and implementing them.
- Participating on changes in connection to new systems implementation.

Skills Required
- Experience coordinating budgeting, reporting and analysis of KPIs and P&L and balance sheet positions across multiple countries
- Experience leading methodology, budgeting, forecasting and reporting for a P&L line (Construction, Property, Energy or Overhead)
- Business partnering experience with local controllers and cross-border finance teams
- Proven ability to produce management reports and analyses to support targets and decision-making
- Experience driving quality and efficiency improvements and implementing process changes
- Participation in or support for financial systems implementation and related changes
