The Role

Reporting to the Manager Continuous Improvement You will lead the Product Owner activities using Agile tools to lead priorities to completion. You will partner with the Product Manager, site champions, and agile team to achieve sprint outcomes and deliver value-added enhancements to the product.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Decompose product roadmap into features and stories for the development teams.
  • Be the voice of the customer to our end stakeholders for the IYM use case.
  • Facilitate backlog refinement and enhancement request process.
  • Participate in cadenced sprint ceremonies and standups with the Agile development team.
  • Manage sprint outcomes and Definition of Ready (DoR) or acceptance criteria
  • Lead monthly Connected Shop Floor Champions Network calls with the CSF Center of Excellence (COE).
  • Participate in discovery and design sessions for Intelligent Yield Management.

Position Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, software engineering or a technical degree of a related discipline
  • 5+ years of continuous improvement, CI, plant operations experience.
  • Understanding of digital transformation in manufacturing environments.
  • Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) such as TrakSYS
  • Experience with Jira Agile tools.
  • Experience as an SAP Subject Matter Expert (SME), System Integrator SME or MES TrakSyS Configurator
  • Conceptual process skills.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in Excel (can perform complex functions), PowerPoint, and Power BI.
  • Travel up to 50%
  • Remote locations Denver, CO and east and within reasonable proximity (50 miles) to a major airport

Compensation: 

Pay Range:$79,000-$115,000

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
