As employees, we come together with a growth mindset, innovate to empower others, and collaborate to realize our shared goals. Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Ops and engineering to scale through automation (rather than manual oversight)

Drive execution excellence

  • Track pipeline health (throughput, quality, timelines, dependencies)

  • Identify delivery risks early and drive resolution

  • Ensure alignment across stakeholders without becoming a coordination bottleneck

Translate strategy into execution

  • Turn strategy into clear, actionable plans (briefs, content plans, deliverables)

  • Ensure alignment to intent, audience and success metrics

  • Use performance insights to improve execution over time

Act as a multiplier for the team

  • Raise the bar on quality, clarity and consistency across all contributors

  • Coach writers and PMs on briefs, structure and execution standards

  • Increase team output and autonomy without increasing management overhead

Build AI-first content systems

  • Create structured knowledge bases (briefs, taxonomies, QA rules, templates)

  • Develop reusable context layers to support AI-assisted workflows

  • Partner with Ops to operationalize AI-first and agentic content production
