At Content House (CoHo), we are P&G Personal Care’s in-house creative agency, partnering with brands such as Secret, Olay, Native, Gillette, Ivory, and Safeguard.
We bring brand stories to life across TV, digital, social, and commerce — delivering high-quality, scalable content that connects with consumers and drives results.
CoHo operates as a hybrid model — combining strong internal capability with selective external support — to enable both consistency and flexibility as demand scales.
As CoHo continues to grow across brands and workstreams, how we operate becomes critical. We are focused on building a clear, disciplined, and scalable operating model that enables teams to deliver great work consistently.
The Opportunity: Leading Operational Excellence Across CoHo
We are seeking a Creative Operations Manager to own and continuously improve how CoHo operates at scale.
This is a hands-on role responsible for implementing, managing, and evolving the operational systems and processes that enable our teams to deliver effectively. You will drive clarity across workstreams, ensure projects move efficiently, and help teams operate with speed, discipline, and consistency.
You will work across creative, production, and brand teams to ensure work is clearly scoped, prioritized, and executed within a strong operating framework.
This is a critical role where you will be relied upon to maintain visibility across all work, drive prioritization and capacity decisions, and continuously improve how work flows through the organization.
Your Impact: Driving Clarity, Speed, and Reliable Execution
Intake, Prioritization & Alignment
· Own and continuously improve how work enters CoHo, ensuring clear scoping, ownership, and decision points
· Drive alignment across brand teams and production on priorities and sequencing
· Maintain clear visibility across all workstreams, including what is in-flight, at risk, and upcoming
· Drive prioritization and capacity decisions, making tradeoffs as volume and complexity increase
· Work closely with CBMs, Producers, and Discipline Leads to ensure work progresses with clarity and focus
· Enable flexible resourcing where needed while maintaining strong internal capability as the primary engine of delivery
Workflow & Execution Systems
· Own and evolve end-to-end workflows across creative and production processes
· Implement and maintain practical processes, templates, and tracking systems that enable consistent execution at scale
· Establish and maintain clear visibility into timelines, dependencies, and team capacity
· Remove barriers to execution and proactively solve workflow challenges
· Ensure work moves efficiently from briefing through delivery across all project types
SOPs & Ways of Working
· Build strong working knowledge of P&G processes (purchasing, production, governance) that impact CoHo operations
· Lead the evolution and adoption of SOPs, ensuring they reflect how work actually gets done
· Drive consistent ways of working across teams to enable scalability and reliability
· Ensure systems and processes are practical, adopted, and improve day-to-day execution
Tools & Infrastructure
· Own the effectiveness of core content and asset systems (e.g., SharePoint, Egnyte, and similar platforms)
· Define how work and assets are organized, stored, and accessed across teams
· Drive improvements that increase usability, efficiency, and adoption
· Ensure tools support visibility, speed, and consistent execution
AI & Operational Efficiency
· Identify opportunities to improve workflows and reduce manual effort through AI and automation
· Support adoption of approved tools and approaches that increase speed and consistency
· Continuously evolve the operating model as capabilities (including AI) advance
Job Qualifications
·7+ years of experience in agency, in-house agency, or production environments
·Proven ability to manage and improve operational systems and workflows that support content delivery
·Strong understanding of creative and production processes from briefing through delivery
Skills & Capabilities
·Systems thinker who can design and improve how work flows across teams
·Ability to bring clarity and structure to complex, fast-moving environments
·Strong ownership mindset with a track record of driving initiatives through execution
·Clear, proactive communicator who can operate across creative, production, and brand stakeholders
·Ability to manage multiple workstreams while maintaining visibility and control
·Strong judgment — able to make tradeoffs and drive decisions as priorities shift
Tools & Ways of Working
·Experience with workflow and project management tools (e.g., Asana or similar)
·Familiarity with content and asset management systems (e.g., SharePoint, Egnyte)
·Comfortable evaluating and improving tools to support operational effectiveness
