We are seeking dedicated and passionate Senior Consulting Engineer to join our team in Cairo, Egypt, who has a profound background in Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) and expertise in executing consulting projects and training customers in simulation tools.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPERTISE REQUIREMENT:
As a Sr. Consulting Engineer in CFD, your role will focus on addressing complex challenges through effective problem-solving. Your responsibilities
will encompass:
● Candidate expected to provide expert Consultation, Training and Support on CFD simulations, including turbulence, heat transfer, FSI, and multiphase modeling
● Perform CFD simulations related to various industries especially Aerospace & Defense, and Oil &gas
● Develop customized training materials and workshops using the Ansys Fluids Portfolio.
● Consulting cost & time estimation, writing proposals, executing the projects, and delivering the results on time.
● Experience with radiation, DPM, species transport, and MDM models is a plus
● Logical problem-solving, strong interpersonal and communication skills, fluent in writing and speaking English.
● Develop and deliver high-quality introductory, advanced, and customized training online or onsite to the customers in the region.
● Ability to travel up to 20%
DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:
● BS in in Mechanical /Chemical/ Aerospace or related field with 8-10 years’ experience, MS with 3 years’ experience, or PhD with 1 year experience
● Skilled in ANSYS Fluent, SpaceClaim, Fluent Meshing, and HPC setups for large-scale simulations.
● Strong organizational and time management skills possess a sense of urgency
● Fluent in written and spoken English.
● Knowledge of industrial codes and standards is an advantage
