- Adhering
to all policies and procedures set forth by management, including but not
limited to CRM policies, Client management, Internal and External
communications, brand building and management etc.
Requirements
Primary Competencies
- Subject Matter Expert and Knowledgeable
- Sound understanding of Banking and Card Management product and solution
- Should have worked as BA, Presales or Delivery role in reputed organization/s providing banking solution.
- Strong technical background to understand client’s needs and challenges
- Problem solving skills to deliver customized solution fulfilling client’s challenges / requirements
- Driving discussion to closure
