Job Description- Project scope: Large-scale construction projects where performance must be tracked across schedule, production, quality, and HSE dimensions.
- Digital transformation need: The client has set digital / information management governance rules and expects contractors to align with them. This requires robust data models, reporting dashboards, and digital tools to replace manual processes.
- Supplier engagement: The role champions data collection and sharing initiatives between the client and contractors, ensuring suppliers in the yards provide consistent, validated data for reporting.
Tools in use:
- Power BI dashboards for project performance visualization.
- Power Apps site observation tool to capture progress, quality, and HSE observations.
- MS Teams and SharePoint for collaboration and governance compliance.
- Reporting cadence: Weekly and monthly data collection templates and site reports ensure structured, repeatable reporting aligned with client expectations.
