Voor ons taxatieteam in Amsterdam zoeken we een ervaren taxateur die zijn of haar expertise wil inzetten bij een toonaangevende internationale vastgoedadviseur en zich verder wil ontwikkelen in de dynamische wereld van commercieel vastgoed.
Wat houdt de functie in?Als Taxateur bij JLL adviseer je nationale en internationale investeerders en financiers bij het realiseren van hun vastgoedambities. Je voert taxaties uit van beleggingswoningen en andere vastgoedobjecten, waarbij je jouw diepgaande kennis van de markt combineert met grondige analyses van gebouwinformatie en marktdata. Je vertaalt deze inzichten in goed onderbouwde waarderingen die voldoen aan de hoogste professionele standaarden.
In deze functie werk je altijd aan verschillende projecten tegelijk en krijg je veel vrijheid en verantwoordelijkheid. Je wordt in je rol ondersteund door toegang tot een ongekende hoeveelheid data en de nieuwste technologische ontwikkelingen.

- Je bent initiatiefrijk, ambitieus en probeert jezelf en je advies continu te verbeteren
- Je werkt graag zelfstandig, maar bent ook een teamspeler die junior collega's graag ondersteunt
- Minimaal 3 tot 5 jaar werkervaring als taxateur, meer mag ook. De rol wordt ingeschaald op basis van jouw ervaring
- RT-registratie (Register Taxateur) bij het NRVT
- Aantoonbare ervaring met het taxeren van beleggingswoningen
- Uitstekende kennis van relevante wet- en regelgeving (RICS, IVS, NRVT)
- Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift
- Ervaring met het opstellen van hoogwaardige taxatierapporten

Skills Required
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience as a property valuer; more experience is acceptable.
- RT registration with the NRVT.
- Demonstrable experience valuing investment residential properties.
- Excellent knowledge of relevant RICS, IVS, and NRVT regulations.
- Excellent spoken and written Dutch and English.
- Experience preparing high-quality valuation reports.
