Job Description
What You’ll DoCoordinate and execute property valuation projects and portfolio analyses across multiple asset classes.
Conduct site inspections and review territorial planning documentation.
Prepare market, feasibility, and investment reports to support strategic decision-making.
Ensure full compliance with RICS, CMVM, and internal valuation standards.
Present valuation results, methodologies, and key value drivers to clients and stakeholders.
Manage project timelines, prioritize tasks, and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
Support market research and contribute to the development of internal data and intelligence systems.
Collaborate with other business lines to strengthen integrated advisory solutions.
Degree or Master’s in Architecture, Engineering, Economics, Management, Data Science, or a related field.
3–5 years of relevant experience in Valuation and Advisory.
Strong understanding of the Portuguese real estate market and valuation methodologies.
Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive problem-solver.
Fluent in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
Advanced skills in Excel and Microsoft Office; experience with AI or data analytics tools is a plus.
Experience in Forestry & Agribusiness or equipment valuation is highly valued.
