The Team – Strategy & Transformation

Join a team of talented professionals with deep business and finance transformation experience to guide clients through major transactions (M&A, carve outs, IPOs), new system implementations, and organizational challenges. We help organizations develop business strategy and execute on transformation initiatives in the areas of operational accounting, financial process improvement, financial technology enablement, FP&A, organizational change management and transactions.

Your Impact

As a Senior Consultant within Organizational Change Management, you will partner closely with clients to design and execute change strategies that support successful transformation outcomes.

  • Support a diverse portfolio of clients ranging from growth and mid-market companies to Fortune 100 organizations.
  • Design and execute Organizational Change Management (OCM), stakeholder engagement, and communications strategies for large-scale transformations.
  • Conduct stakeholder, change impact, and organizational readiness assessments.
  • Develop communications, training approaches, and adoption strategies.
  • Facilitate client workshops and presentations with senior leaders and teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional client and internal delivery teams.
  • Maintain a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves consulting approach.
  • Build trusted client relationships and support business development efforts.
Your ExperienceMinimum Qualifications
  • BA/BS in Business, Organizational Development, Communications, Psychology, or a related discipline.
  • 3+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management, communications, or related transformation roles.
  • Experience supporting system implementations, operating model changes, or organization redesign.
  • Experience supporting process optimization or business process redesign initiatives.
  • Working knowledge of change management strategies, stakeholder engagement, and readiness assessments.
  • Experience working with and presenting to senior leaders.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master of Business Administration or relevant advanced degree.
  • Experience supporting large-scale transformation programs in a consulting environment.

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law, Highspring believes that the following salary range reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure to be between the range below. The individual may also be eligible for a variety of bonus and financial incentives based on individual and company performance.

$72,549$166,586 USD
