Position Description:
- Act as primary support consultant and should be able to independently support one or more medium to large sized customers in connection with Manhattan solutions
- Analyze and proactively troubleshoot and resolve more moderately to high complex issues that arise post-implementation.
- Key activities include client management, issues prioritization, issues resolution, testing, solution delivery, expectation management and client communication.
- Define client needs and develop plan for delivery of solutions. Perform detailed design for customer specific enhancements., write and review test scripts as needed.
- Guide client through system implementation of additional functionality.
- Suggest product improvements based on customer feedback.
- Plan and execute moderately complex projects.
- Mentor other consultants within the team.
- Ability to work closely with technical teams, internal professional services and product engineering team.
Position (Minimum) Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in engineering, science or related technical field
- Needs to demonstrate a proficient level of competence supporting or implementing packaged application software with database troubleshooting or developing in SQL or related relational database
- Exposure to basic Unix or Linux commands is good to have.
- Must to have Supply Chain domain experience.
- Customer facing experience preferable

- Atleast 2 years of experience in Enterprise Order Management Solutions(like Manhattan OLM, IBM Sterling Commerce, etc.,)"
