You will:
- Lead the preparation and writing of high-quality Horizon Europe funding proposals (RIA, IA, CSA, ERC, MSCA, etc.);
- Collaborate with researchers, universities, SMEs, and industry partners to co-develop project concepts;
- Conduct needs assessments, literature reviews, and market/scientific analyses to support proposal narratives;
- Coordinate the writing process, including technical, impact, and implementation sections;
- Prepare budgets, work plans, Gantt charts, and risk management strategies;
- Ensure proposals align with EC priorities and evaluation criteria (excellence, impact, quality and efficiency);
- Support the management and execution of funded Horizon Europe projects;
- Coordinate deliverables, milestones, and reporting in collaboration with project partners;
- Prepare periodic and final technical and financial reports, ensuring compliance with EC requirements;
- Organize and participate in consortium meetings, stakeholder workshops, and dissemination events;
- Identify key exploitable results (KERs) and contribute to exploitation and communication plans.
Requirements:
- Master’s or PhD degree in Medicine, Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering, Data Science, Material Science or a related field;
- General knowledge of EU research funding programs, EC evaluation criteria, and grant agreement obligations;
- Excellent writing, communication, and coordination skills;
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders;
- Proven track record of successful proposals for Horizon 2020/Horizon Europe/ERC/ MSCA or other relevant grants is considered as advantage;
- Knowledge of intellectual property, ethics, and regulatory considerations is considered as advantage;
- Experience engaging with quadruple helix stakeholders (academia, industry, public sector, civil society) is considered as advantage.
