Senior Consultant - Enterprise Risk Management
We have an exciting opportunity for an enterprise risk management focussed Senior Consultant to join our Risk and Resilience consulting practice, which forms part of Marsh’s Strategic Risk Consulting team.
The Risk and Resilience practice brings together both Enterprise Risk and Resilience consulting expertise. By uniting these disciplines in one team we help clients to manage risk and prepare for disruptive events in a coherent manner. Our team brings together experience gained from industry, government, the military and crisis communications. By drawing on our broad experience, we help clients to tackle challenges in new ways.

We will count on you to:
Be a collaborative part of a consulting project team.
Role model integrity and excellence in consulting engagements.
Verbally brief and challenge client stakeholders who are often at the Executive level.
Gather and analyse information by reviewing documents, interviewing clients and, provide meaningful recommendations that will allow clients to improve their risk management capabilities.
Develop bespoke, practical documents to support our client’s risk management ambitions. These could include risk management frameworks, horizon scanning workshops and materials risk training sessions.
On projects, you will support senior colleagues in project management, client engagement and commercial considerations, such as budget tracking.
Prepare concise and impactful reports, presentations and verbal feedback to our clients.
What you need to have:
Experience in risk management, gained either in a consulting environment or in-house.
Enthusiasm for a career in consulting.
An ability to build a rapport with a wide range of stakeholders.
Confidence in public speaking.
Competency in MS Office, PowerPoint and Excel in particular.
A background in research, hypothesis-driven analysis and problem solving.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
