Senior Consultant DT&D Commercial Operations will be the specialist accountable for Contract Management tool Data Ownership and making data smart. You will effectively link financial forecast, contract value, POs, invoices and financial actuals and manage metrics across these dimensions to ensure data quality. You will also perform spend analytics and publish inferences periodically
You will work closely with the DT&D Commercial Operations Lead and hold yourself accountable for accurate and on-time payments for Digital Technology & Data(DT&D) suppliers. You will use an in-depth understanding of processes, data, and systems combined with deep knowledge of business processes and company direction to enhance commercial operations processes. In this role, you will provide functional and process support, respond to complex user questions, address root causes of issues, facilitate necessary system training, monitor performance metrics and drive stabilization and ongoing process improvement. You will have frequent interaction with senior internal and external personnel that will often require coordination between departments.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
8+ years of overall and 5+ years of relevant experience
Advanced understanding of the functional capabilities of the system or application being implemented

Green belt certification
Advanced understanding of principles, processes, theories, concepts and analysis in one job area and broad knowledge of several related job areas
Change management or project leadership experience
Key Accountabilities
Provide leadership to Contract Management Tool enhancements, data accuracy and continuous process improvement and technology in partnership with the technology enablement and global technology support teams for one or more departments or areas within a business or function in one or more countries.
Provide direct contribution to purchase to pay activities and complex application or system enhancements and collaborate with global information systems personnel to define requirements for, test and implement applications, systems, process and data improvements.
Prepare metrics, status reporting, vendor updates, training, communication strategies and communicate announcements, updates and major issues to leadership, impacted end users and other applicable stakeholders.
Collaborate with and influence business teams to develop business cases for process and systems improvement projects to meet future state goals, identifying business benefits that drive value.
Identify and anticipate issues and updates, modifying working methods using creativity and latitude to resolve or avoid issues.
Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.
