Your Responsibilities:
Client Delivery
Deliver digital transformation projects across varied industries with a focus on practical, value-driven outcomes.
Collaborate with client teams to analyze our needs and recommend tailored digital solutions.
Lead workstreams and ensure delivery of solutions on time and within budget.
Maintain ~80% billable utilization.
Apply knowledge of IT/OT systems integration to connect business processes and technologies.
Identify and manage delivery risks while ensuring project quality.
Facilitate workshops and training sessions with client teams.
Support adoption and change activities to drive stakeholder alignment.
People & Practice Development
Develop consulting assets, methods, and tools.
Support development of business cases, transformation strategies, and roadmaps.
Contribute to the development of thought leadership including articles, presentations, and IP.
Participate in internal training initiatives and knowledge sharing forums.
Support onboarding and mentoring of junior consultants.
Contribute to an inclusive team culture.
Business Development
Work with Rockwell Automation account teams to identify new opportunities.
Contribute to proposal development and client presentations.
Support sales efforts with subject matter input and delivery expertise.
Help articulate Kalypso's differentiators and service offerings to clients.
Participate in opportunity qualification and discovery discussions.
The Essentials - You Will Have:
Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
Minimum 7 years of experience delivering digital or industrial automation solutions, with at least 2 years in a consulting role.
Proven experience delivering scalable IoT/IIoT, analytics, or software-led transformation projects.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel (~10–20%), primarily in the South Pacific region.
The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
SCRUM/Agile methodology experience or certifications.
Organisational Change Management experience or certifications.
