- Advise in resolving HR and Compliance related client issues
- Conduct audits of client’s human resource activities and provides guidance on compliance with laws, policies and procedures as requested
- Analyzes, designs, and integrates customized HR strategies and solutions within the client’s culture and benefit offerings as a means of improving the employer/employee relationship
- Provide HR and Compliance advice for the client’s full employee life cycle policies and processes by providing best practices in the following areas including knowing when to engage an attorney or legal resources.

- Maintain a deep understanding of HR related advancements, technology, market and vendor changes, and innovative solutions.
- Act as the client liaison with these vendor partners by guiding clients to these resources for self-help and continuing this effort until the client is consistently going direct to these vendors.
- Collaborate with the EBG advisors and the service teams to deliver vanguard HR solutions leveraging partner-provided resources
- Assess need for resources ongoing with Senior Director of Sales, Employee Benefits based on growth
- Participate in or lead trainings for clients and internal EB and HR team on topical HR and Compliance issues.
- Participates in prospective client presentation
- Assist in the growth of new business revenue relative to HR Services
- Prepare client communications in collaboration with Business Development
- Demonstrates HR thought leadership through education, research, writing and speaking
- Maintain appropriate documentation of interactions with clients using defined systems
- Assist with development and implementation of training initiatives for EB and HR, as needed
- Proven ability to work with individuals effectively and respectfully at varying levels within an organization; demonstrated skill in building constructive relationships
