This role blends strategy and technical execution. You’ll lead CDP initiatives end-to-end, designing, configuring, and activating solutions across platforms like Adobe, Tealium, Hightouch, and more. You’ll focus on outcomes, not output, and bring fresh thinking to both your clients and your teammates.

This is not an entry-level CDP role. You should already have hands-on technical Adobe CDP expertise and a background leading work in a consulting or client-facing environment. If your experience is primarily hands-on platform work without leading client engagements or advising stakeholders, this likely isn’t the right fit. 

What you'll do

One day you might be designing identity resolution strategies, the next activating audiences across channels to drive real business outcomes. 

  • Lead CDP client engagements end-to-end, from defining strategy and solution approach to designing, implementing, and activating CDP solutions  
  • Guide clients on data governance, privacy, and CDP best practices, while shaping roadmaps for scaling personalization and activation capabilities  
  • Define solution approaches and scopes of work, managing delivery to align with client expectations, timelines, and outcomes  
  • Maintain high-quality delivery by reviewing work, resolving issues, and mentoring team members on CDP best practices
  • Enable client teams and strengthen internal practices through reusable frameworks, QA processes, and training  
  • Stay current on CDP trends and share insights through thought leadership, knowledge sharing, and client-facing contributions 

What you bring to the table

This role is for someone who brings both deep CDP expertise and real consulting experience. You’re comfortable owning work end-to-end and moving between strategy and execution. 

  • Hands-on experience with Adobe CDP, including building audiences and activating customer data  
  • 5+ years working with CDPs in a consulting, agency, or client-facing environment 
  • Strong understanding of audience strategy and activation, with the ability to translate business needs into effective CDP solutions  
  • Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and business stakeholders, and build trust with client teams. You’re as comfortable in a client conversation as you are in the platform. 
  • Proven ability to lead client conversations, influence decisions, and translate CDP capabilities into business value

  • A consultative mindset, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity and complex client challenges
  • Experience leading conversations with stakeholders, influencing decisions, and translating technical concepts into business value  Comfort working across both strategy and execution, from shaping solution approaches and scopes of work to delivering and guiding implementations  
  • A collaborative approach, with experience mentoring team members and contributing to a strong team environment  
  • Deep expertise in how customer data is structured, unified, and activated across channels, and how CDPs integrate into the broader marketing ecosystem  
  • Experience applying CDP concepts across platforms such as Tealium, Hightouch, or similar tools, and staying current on evolving trends and privacy considerations

What Success looks like

In this role, successful consultants: 

  • Bring deep, hands-on expertise in CDP platforms (especially Adobe Real-Time CDP) and can independently design, troubleshoot, and optimize solutions  
  • Act as trusted advisors to clients, connecting CDP capabilities to real business outcomes and communicating in a way that resonates with both technical and non-technical stakeholders  
  • Apply CDP principles across platforms, with the ability to evaluate tools and design solutions beyond a single vendor ecosystem  
  • Think strategically about audience design and activation, considering identity, consent, and cross-channel orchestration as part of a connected system  
  • Take ownership of client engagements, managing delivery, navigating challenges, and maintaining strong client relationships  
  • Contribute to team growth by mentoring others, sharing knowledge, and staying current on emerging CDP trends and technologies 
A quick note on how we work

This role is fully remote for US-based teammates only. We do ask that you work from your home location. Because of the nature of our work and client commitments, this is not a fit for digital nomads. 

Work Authorization - This role is only open to candidates who are currently authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. We are not able to sponsor visas now or in the future for this position.

You Will Work With

This role involves working closely with our Chief AI Officer, Consulting Leaders, Consultants, Project Managers, Growth team members and other subject matter experts.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: $120,000 - $160,000 USD annually DOE

We offer a competitive salary based on experience and a supportive, challenging, and fun work environment to ensure teamwork, productivity, and teammate happiness.
