Support business development, mentor technical consultants, drive innovation and thought leadership, and ensure scalable documentation, training, and repeatable architectures to improve customer experiences and measurable outcomes.

Lead strategic consulting engagements addressing fragmented data, broken customer experiences, and underused MarTech. Serve as trusted advisor to C-level clients, own account portfolios, develop and execute account and transformation strategies, assess ROI, guide implementation, mentor teams, support business development, and represent the firm in industry activities. Travel up to 10% for client needs.

Lead end-to-end CDP strategy and implementation: design identity resolution and audience strategies, configure and activate customer data across Adobe, Tealium, Hightouch, advise on governance and privacy, manage delivery, mentor team members, and drive client outcomes and thought leadership.
