Lead a global finance transformation program enabling AI-ready, cloud-based data capabilities
The Role
We are seeking a Senior Consultant to lead the governance and delivery of a cloud program. You will work across global Finance and Technology teams to drive alignment, ensure robust governance, and deliver key transformation outcomes in a complex, regulated environment.
What You’ll Do
- Lead governance and delivery of the Cloud program, ensuring alignment across global stakeholders
- Will support AI readiness and advanced analytics capabilities
- Manage program risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely escalation and resolution
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across Finance, Technology, and Data to deliver key workstreams
- Prepare and deliver materials for senior governance forums, including steering committees and leadership meetings
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience leading large-scale programs within financial services or consulting environments
- Experience with cloud adoption and data migration initiatives (e.g., Snowflake)
- Stakeholder management skills, including executive-level communication
- Experience establishing and managing governance frameworks and PMO activities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with structured problem-solving abilities
Bonus Points For
- Exposure to AI, GenAI, or advanced analytics initiatives
- Experience working across global teams and managing distributed delivery
- Familiarity with regulatory, audit, and risk-controlled environments
- Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members
