- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience:
- At least 5 years of experience in a technical environment.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in AI solution development, preferably in a consulting environment.
- AI Technologies: Proven expertise in Azure AI Services and OpenAI technologies, with a focus on deploying AI models and solutions.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong skills in Python or C# programming, with an emphasis on writing optimized and maintainable code.
- Knowledge of data management concepts, including ETL processes, data warehousing, and data lakes.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Business Intelligence tools, including Power BI and SQL Server.
- Communication: Ability to communicate complex AI and data engineering concepts to stakeholders at all levels, including non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop innovative AI solutions to meet client needs.
- Project Management: Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering high-quality results on time.
Responsibilities:
- Leads AI Consultations: Lead AI consultations and roadmap development, designing advanced AI solutions tailored to client needs.
- Design and Deployment: Demonstrate the ability to design, develop, and deploy AI solutions, integrating multiple AI technologies to meet complex project requirements.
- Prompt Engineering: Evaluate and create prompt engineering solutions to optimize the performance and effectiveness of Azure OpenAI models.
- Software Development: Write efficient and optimized code in Python or C# to support AI solution development.
- Data Engineering: Develop and manage data ingestion and transformation pipelines, leveraging advanced database systems and ensuring data quality and reliability.
- Project Leadership: Serve as a technical lead on projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and seamless integration of AI technologies.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with consultants, engineers, and principal architects to deliver high-quality AI solutions.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior consultants and engineers, elevating team capabilities through knowledge sharing and targeted training.
Additional Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Azure Data Estate, including SQL DB, Cosmos DB, and Data Lake, is a plus.
- Experience with designing and implementing retrieval-augmented generation solutions.
- Knowledge of Azure ML, including Prompt Flow, is a plus.
