The Exo Tera division specializes in advanced subsurface investigation solutions, bringing together expertise in algorithms, geophysics, and civil engineering. The team develops 3D foundation models and complex geotechnical solutions, bridging the gap between scientific research, engineering knowledge, and real-world project needs.
Job description
This role requires creative thinking and the ability to bridge between the structural engineering domain and cutting-edge technology development. You will participate in POC projects and lead them from concept to scale, working closely with R&D teams to translate data and algorithms into clear engineering insights.
Responsibilities:
- Perform reverse engineering analyses of existing structures and extensions, including complex foundation solutions.
- Write technical reports, evaluations, and design guidelines.
- Conduct static and dynamic analyses, including load assessments and stability checks.
Requirements
- B.Sc. in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Structural Engineering.
- 4–6+ years of experience in structural and foundation design.
- Strong knowledge of Israeli, American (ASCE, ACI), and European (Eurocode) standards.
- Understanding of signal transmission technologies (Seismic, GPR, ERT).
- Creative mindset, curiosity, and ability to learn quickly.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills in multidisciplinary environments.
Nice to have:
- Relevant Master’s degree (M.Sc. / M.E.).
- Experience in tunneling projects or design of retaining walls and foundations.
- Experience working with public authorities and large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in advanced analysis software: Bentley, Autodesk, Plaxis.
