As a Senior Compliance Officer, you will be the cornerstone of our Regulatory Compliance department, ensuring we stay ahead in a fast-evolving regulatory landscape. Your expertise will help us maintain trust, transparency, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Compliance Monitoring Plan – Design, own, and execute control missions to ensure robust compliance.
  • Anticipate Regulatory Change – Perform impact assessments of upcoming requirements for FRMC, our clients, and the Apex Group.
  • Risk Leadership – Proactively identify, analyze, and report compliance risks before they become challenges.
  • Strategic Advisory – Assess regulatory implications for new products and services, guiding innovation with compliance at its core.
  • Regulatory Liaison – Be the trusted point of contact for authorities (CSSF, FIU, CBI, etc.), fostering strong, positive relationships.
  • Policy Development – Draft and review in-house compliance procedures to keep us aligned and agile.
  • Cross-Functional Support – Provide expert compliance advice to internal teams and Apex Group entities.

What We’re Looking For

  • University degree in Law, Economics, or related fields.
  • 9+ years of proven experience in Regulatory Compliance in Luxembourg, ideally within investment funds and management companies/AIFMs.
  • Deep knowledge of Luxembourg’s regulatory framework: UCITS, AIFMD, Management Companies, Delegation Oversight.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion.
  • Self-driven, detail-oriented, and collaborative mindset.
  • Leadership experience is a plus.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset.
