The Senior Compliance and Legal Operations Manager is a key execution leader responsible for delivering high-impact corporate compliance and legal operations initiatives across the enterprise. This role translates strategy into action—owning complex, cross-functional programs spanning compliance execution, legal operations, digital and AI-enabled transformation, contract lifecycle management (CLM), training, and governance.
Corporate Compliance Program Management:
Program-manage execution of corporate compliance initiatives, including policy governance, training, investigations support, hotline processes and record retention program
Track compliance commitments, risks, timelines, and deliverables · Partner with Compliance, HR, IT, Audit, and Legal leadership to support audits and reporting
Legal Operations & Program Execution:
Lead execution of legal operations initiatives across the Legal Center of Excellence (COE), business groups, and core functions
Translate strategic priorities into executable plans, timelines, milestones, and success metrics
Support legal leadership with operational planning, execution support, and cross-functional coordination
Digital, AI & CLM Transformation:
Own execution of digital and AI-enabled legal transformation initiatives, including training, tool adoption, and metrics
Serve as lead project manager for CLM or related contract management solutions, including evaluation, deployment, adoption, and change management Analytics,
Reporting & Insights:
Own operational reporting, metrics, and analysis across legal operations and compliance programs
Convert data into actionable insights and recommendations for leadership · Manage reporting related to training, compliance metrics and legal systems
Minimum Job Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Work Experience:
7 years of experience in project management, legal operations, compliance, or complex enterprise program execution
Proven experience managing cross-functional, multi-workstream initiatives
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:
Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
