Job title: (Senior) Communications Manager, Hong Kong & Taiwan

• Location: Taiwan or Hong Kong

The position holder will manage corporate and internal communications, external communications, and media relations to support both corporate and key business initiatives under One Sanofi brand. In this role, in line with the company's and Corporate Affairs strategic priorities, you will help define and implement impactful communications programs for HK/TW market. You will also be responsible for managing Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities to enhance Sanofi's reputation and engagement within the community.

• Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies to support corporate and business objectives.

• Manage internal communications to ensure alignment and engagement across the organization. Coordinate with various departments to ensure consistent messaging and branding.

• Manage external communications to enhance Sanofi's visibility and reputation in the HK & TW market.

• Develop and execute the corporate media relations strategy and plan, in alignment with the global media guidelines and policies, and the local business objectives and priorities.

• Provide media support and guidance to the BUs and functions, and ensure the consistency and coherence of the media messages and tone of voice across the organization.

• Anticipate and manage potential media issues and crises, and develop and implement appropriate media responses and actions.

• Develop and manage CSR programs to promote Sanofi's commitment to social responsibility and community engagement.

• Collaborate with Greater China communication teams to ensure alignment with Sanofi's overall communication strategy.

• Bachelor's degree or above in journalism, communications, public relations, or related fields.

• 10+ years of relevant experience in media relations, corporate communications, or public affairs, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.

• Excellent media relations skills and network, with proven track record of securing positive media coverage and exposure for corporate stories and topics.

• Strong writing and editing skills in both English and Chinese, with the ability to produce clear, concise, and compelling communications materials.

• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to plan and execute corporate events and activities with high quality and efficiency.
