Responsibilities
- Develop collateral materials such as decks, posts, and talking points for communications initiatives and events, ensuring content is consistent and aligned with channel strategies.
- Define and execute communications tactics and strategies, utilizing Artificial Intelligence tools to support messaging for targeted audiences and ensuring consistency of voice.
- Partner with executive leaders to build internal and external communications platforms, overseeing coordinated approaches to executive visibility and organizational objectives.
- Collaborate on project management and messaging for critical issues, managing reputation risk and ensuring comprehensive, timely communication during urgent situations.
- Advise and coach executives for external communications opportunities, fostering positive relationships with media, analysts, and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, or related field AND 4+ years communications, marketing operations, field operations, program management, project management, or related experience
- OR equivalent experience
- Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, or related field AND 8+ years communications, organizational operations, program management, corporate branding, or related experience OR equivalent experience.
- 3+ years specialized functional (e.g., retail, technology) internal communication, media relations, or corporate brand experience.
- 4+ years experience supporting senior executives in an executive communications role, serving as an advisor and organizational leader.
- 3+ years experience working with social media platforms, particularly in the areas of developing executive visibility, personal brand, and voice.
Communications IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year.
