We’re looking for Senior Commissions Analyst to join Procore’s Finance Organisation. In this role, you’ll be administration of our variable incentive compensation systems, creating and enhancing business processes, and partnering with our overall Revenue organization as it relates to incentive compensation.
This position will report to our Manager, Commissions and is based out of our Bengaluru, India office. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.
What you’ll do:
Administer the compensation system (Xactly Incent) to ensure accurate plan configuration, data integrity, and payout calculations, leveraging extensive UAT experience to validate system functionality and program changes.
Work closely with revenue and Finance teams to ensure accurate commission calculation, payment processing, accounting treatment, and reporting for all plans and eligible teams.
Identify and develop insights on the effectiveness of the plans to provide guidance and recommendations to Finance and Revenue leadership
Perform support activities needed for communication and administration of variable incentive programs, plans, and policies
Assist in the development, implementation, and administration of new and existing commission programs, plans, and policies ensuring competitiveness with industry standards and support the maintenance of comprehensive documentation for all commission-related processes.
Work on ad-hoc projects while driving continuous process improvements and automation, and provide both regular and ad-hoc support for analytics and reporting to enable data-driven decision-making.
Field questions from Revenue personnel and resolve issues
Ensure the commission payout process, related controls, and documentation comply with SOX requirements, while also providing cross-functional support for compensation-related inquiries and requests (including payroll, accounting accruals, and SOX support).
What we’re looking for:
3+ years of experience in a Compensation or Incentive analyst role
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Statistics, Business Administration, Mathematics, Engineering or related field.
Experience with Xactly Incent, Connect and Analytics strongly preferred
Experience in incentive compensation, data analysis, and report building
In depth knowledge of sales compensation plan design, principles, and best practices
Strong interpersonal, written communication and presentation skills
Excellent problem diagnosis and analytical skills
Ability to be adaptable and flexible while responding to deadlines on assignments
