Key Responsibilities
- Drive commercial growth and market expansion for ROSECO’s bioplastics business across assigned international markets.
- Identify new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and emerging applications for sustainable material solutions.
- Lead technical sales activities, providing product expertise and consultative support to customers throughout the sales cycle.
- Develop and execute regional commercial strategies to achieve revenue, profitability, and market share targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, converters, brand owners, and industry stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with R&D, Operations, and Product Development teams to align customer needs with product innovation.
- Analyze market trends, customer requirements, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to identify growth opportunities.
- Lead commercial negotiations, pricing strategies, contract management, and business planning activities.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and customer engagements to strengthen brand presence and business networks.
- Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and market intelligence to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Polymer Science, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Packaging Technology, Biotechnology, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in technical sales, business development, or commercial management within bioplastics, polymers, specialty chemicals, packaging, or related industries.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and managing strategic customer relationships in international markets.
- Strong understanding of bioplastics, sustainable materials, packaging solutions, or related technical applications.
- Excellent commercial, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing regional or global accounts across multiple countries is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
Skills Required
