- Drive Salesforce (SFDC) governance, pipeline discipline, opportunity management, forecasting rigor, and data quality across APAC.
- Develop and maintain executive dashboards, performance scorecards, and business intelligence tools to support data-driven decision making.
- Analyze and provide actionable insights on sales performance, pipeline health, territory effectiveness, customer trends, and productivity metrics.
- Support regional pricing initiatives, pricing governance, quotation processes, and deployment of pricing tools in partnership with global teams.
- Champion commercial excellence and continuous improvement initiatives across APAC in alignment and collaboration with global teams, including incentive management tool, molecule management, and AI initiatives etc.
- Lead Problem Solving Projects (PSPs) across APAC to identify gaps, implement corrective actions, and drive sustainable process improvements.
- Identify commercial capability gaps and drive best-practice sharing, training, and capability development across APAC.
- Involve or lead other projects and assignments as part of the professional development opportunity.
Education & Experience
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Management or related fields.
- At least 5 – 7 years' experience in a commercial or sales related roles, such as business process, sales process / CRM role.
- Experience in commercial effectiveness, sales operations, or related roles.
