Required Knowledge and Experiences

  • Experience negotiating financial services, data, or technology agreements – critical to effectively support TransUnion’s core products and client relationships
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (e.g., FCRA, GLBA, privacy, IP, technology law) – enables accurate risk identification and compliant deal structuring
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills – required to assess risk, resolve issues, and provide actionable recommendations in a fast-paced environment
  • Juris Doctor (JD) and active bar membership – required to provide legal counsel and independently manage contract negotiations and risk
Required Technical Skills
  • Contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools and workflows (e.g., Ironclad, Icertis, or similar platforms)
