Role scope:
The role will act as a central commercial consolidation and project coordination function, supporting alignment across internal teams and business units. It will not include direct people management, but it will require close collaboration with team leads, analysts, and senior stakeholders.
Main responsibilities:
- Coordinate and track commercial projects, internal requirements, supplier-related topics, agreement reviews, pricing updates, commitments, and open action items.
- Create clear visibility on priorities, ownership, timelines, risks, dependencies, and next steps across multiple workstreams.
- Support internal project coordination, including follow-up, status tracking, meeting preparation, action-item management, and management updates.
- Support the review and consolidation of commercial terms, supplier agreements, procurement-related requirements, rate cards, pricing structures, and contractual commitments.
- Help identify overlaps, gaps, risks, and opportunities across existing agreements, supplier relationships, and internal requirements.
- Build and improve internal processes, templates, trackers, dashboards, and reporting tools to support better commercial decision-making.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders across commercial, procurement, finance, legal, technical, and business teams.
- Prepare summaries, recommendations, decision materials, and status updates for internal discussions and management review.
- Support team members by helping structure complex commercial topics, clarifying next steps, and organizing decision-making processes.
- Contribute to the standardization and consolidation of commercial and procurement-related workflows across the group.
Required experience and skills:
- 5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong experience in project coordination, commercial coordination, business operations, or similar cross-functional roles.
- Strong commercial understanding, including pricing, agreements, supplier terms, commitments, and business-case evaluation.
- Experience working with multiple internal stakeholders and managing complex workstreams with many open topics.
- Ability to create structure, define priorities, track progress, and drive follow-up without direct authority.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to read, understand, and summarize commercial agreements and business requirements.
- Excellent communication, follow-up, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-changing environment.
- Strong Excel / SQL reporting skills; Power BI, Monday.com, or similar tools are an advantage.
- Fluent English, written and spoken.
Preferred background:
- Experience in telecom, roaming, wholesale, MVNO, IoT connectivity, procurement, or carrier relations.
- Experience supporting commercial decision-making, procurement analysis, agreement reviews, or supplier management.
- Experience working in a global group structure or with multiple internal business units.
- Familiarity with roaming agreements, sponsor models, direct agreements, or telecom procurement processes is an advantage.
