Job Description:
Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver clear, business‑focused insights that support senior management decision‑making.
- Conduct advanced data analyses and translate findings into strategic recommendations.
- Develop KPI frameworks, dashboards, and performance insights that guide brand strategy and resource optimization.
- Monitor key market, policy, and competitive trends to surface forward‑looking implications for Ipsen China.
- Partner with cross‑functional leaders to ensure insights are embedded into strategic planning and operational execution.
- Oversee data quality, governance, and analytical rigor while reducing technical complexity in business deliverables.
- Manage external analytics partners, tools, and data providers as needed.
- Ensure compliance with Ipsen SOPs and China regulations.
Requirment:
Knowledge & Experience:
5+years’ experience delivering strategic insights and business analysis in pharma, consulting, or analytics roles.
- Strong in advanced data analytics and able to interpret complex datasets and distill findings into clear business implications for senior leaders.
- Deep understanding of China healthcare environment, NRDL, and various business models.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Experience presenting insights and influencing senior management.
Knowledge & Experience (preferred):
- Experience designing or contributing to analytics or insights strategy.
- Familiarity with forecasting, segmentation, or market modeling.
- Experience working with external data or analytics vendors.
Education / Certifications (essential): Bachelor’s degree (Data Science, Statistics, Analytics, AI, Computer science or related field).
Language(s): Mandarin (fluent), English (professional working proficiency).
Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree
- 7+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech/healthcare industry
- In-depth knowledge/experience in oncology, or rare diseases
- 4+ years in commercial excellence function
- 1+ years in training or capability development
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and communication skills
- Experience conducting field coaching
- Ability to analyze performance and training data
- Fluent in Chinese and English
