This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced banking professional with strong commercial acumen and a proven ability to influence senior stakeholders. Leading a team of analytics specialists, you'll partner across Everyday Banking, Business Products and Payments to turn insights into action, support strategic decision-making, drive portfolio performance and navigate complex stakeholder environments. Success in this role will come from your ability to build trusted relationships, challenge constructively and translate information into clear business outcomes.

Partner with senior leaders across Everyday Banking, Business Products and Payments to drive strategic decision-making and portfolio performance.
Lead and develop a high-performing team, ensuring focus on the initiatives that deliver the greatest business impact.
Translate complex information into clear, actionable insights and recommendations that influence business outcomes.
Build trusted relationships and confidently navigate complex stakeholder environments, providing constructive challenge where required.
Identify opportunities to improve growth, customer outcomes and commercial performance while balancing risk considerations.
Drive alignment across multiple teams and priorities to deliver value for customers and the business.

Significant leadership experience within banking, with a strong understanding of banking products, commercial drivers and portfolio performance across multiple disciplines.
Proven success leading and developing high-performing teams.
Strong commercial acumen and an understanding of the drivers of business and portfolio performance.
Experience influencing senior leaders and managing complex stakeholder relationships.
The ability to turn information into meaningful insights and recommendations that support decision-making.
A sound understanding of analytics, performance measurement and the tools used to generate insights, with the ability to ask the right questions and translate outputs into business outcomes.
