Lead operational excellence, strategy execution and transformation across Institutional & Business Banking. Partner with senior leaders to prioritise delivery roadmaps, drive change adoption, manage governance and performance reporting, identify risks and opportunities from business insights, and provide leadership continuity as needed.

Lead analysis of business customer behaviour across digital channels, combining data, feedback, and journey insights to identify pain points and opportunities. Build toolkits and dashboards for Relationship Managers, inform product and pricing strategy, deliver sector and competitive intelligence, influence senior stakeholders, and define/track success metrics and reusable playbooks to drive measurable customer and commercial outcomes.

Design and build scalable data assets and transformations to provide granular visibility across product portfolios and the customer lifecycle. Work with large, complex datasets to deliver performance analytics, pricing insights, and high-quality reporting that supports portfolio decision-making. Translate business requirements into efficient, reusable data solutions and collaborate with stakeholders to implement analytics in a regulated financial services environment.

Originate, structure and execute sustainable finance transactions (green, transition, sustainability-linked, social) within Institutional & Business Banking. Support client engagement, prepare high-quality materials and insights, ensure governance and best-practice compliance, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across complex deal activity and capital markets.

Provide credit analysis and financial solutions for agribusiness customers, prepare credit submissions, build customer and industry insight, and support relationship managers to grow and manage the portfolio.

Provide platform engineering and site reliability support for digital applications: build and run cloud-native infrastructure, define CI/CD pipelines, automate delivery with IaC, container orchestration with Kubernetes/Docker, implement monitoring and security practices, and collaborate with engineering teams to improve delivery and system design.
