Design, build and maintain cloud-based data pipelines to deliver timely, traceable, audit-ready regulatory reporting for FATCA, CRS and PTR. Develop ETL/ELT workflows using Python, PySpark/Scala and SQL on AWS (Glue, S3, RDS/Aurora, DataSync). Integrate upstream via DIP, deploy via CloudBees/Jenkins, and ensure batch orchestration, reconciliation and regulatory compliance.

Provide programme-level test governance and assurance across Digital 2.0, championing quality engineering, automation and Shift Left practices. Deliver test strategy, environment and test-data oversight, integrated release and readiness assessments, SDLC quality metrics and audit-ready evidence to enable confident releases and quantify residual risk for leadership decision-making.

Lead and mentor a squad building and operating CDC and streaming data pipelines from DB2/VSAM/Oracle to Kafka and HDFS. Ensure platform reliability, security, compliance, incident response, scalable designs, service SLAs, tooling standards, and stakeholder/vendor management while driving continuous improvement.

Lead design and delivery of production iOS features, maintain code quality and security, mentor mobile engineers, collaborate with product and cross-functional teams, and support QA, automation and release processes.

Participate in code reviews, requirement analysis, POCs, CI/CD pipelines, testing, incident troubleshooting, and documentation. Deliver sprint commitments with high-quality code and collaborate using Jira and Confluence.

Develop and maintain contact-centre platform solutions, build and support integrations using APIs/middleware, apply CI/CD and automation, support production systems, drive continuous improvement, and mentor engineers.

Design and maintain automation solutions for contact centre platforms and integrations. Build and maintain automated functional, API, integration, regression and end-to-end tests; embed testing in CI/CD; review requirements for quality risks; investigate defects; support release readiness and continuous improvement while engaging stakeholders.

Design, develop, maintain and execute automated UI and API test solutions. Review requirements, drive test scenarios and workshops, promote CI/CD test integration, provide technical leadership, mentor peers, and contribute to tool selection and quality engineering best practices across the organisation.

Design, automate, operate, and improve highly available, secure platform services. Responsibilities include architecture, deployment automation, Kubernetes/OpenShift operations, IaC with Terraform, security hardening, monitoring, troubleshooting, disaster recovery, capacity planning, and stakeholder engagement to support application deployment and platform observability.
