In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, monitoring and optimizing our cloud infrastructure and services, ensuring high availability, security, and performance across production and non-production environments. You will collaborate closely with developers, security, and support teams to deliver reliable and scalable cloud operations in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key duties and responsibilities

• Ensure configuration and compliance with configuration management tools.

• Full responsibility from infrastructure design, build and operate standpoint.

• Assure Cloud operations being responsible for their operation.

• Maintain and improve infrstructure-as-code (IaC) and deployment pipelines (e.g., Terraform)

• Collaborates with IT security, to maintain systems without vulnerabilities when possible, and react if necessary.

• Work with change requests & incident monitoring system (ServiceNow)

• Is responsible for maintaining the integrity of Cloud Infra systems through change, and ensures systems can operate and respond effectively to fluctuating capacity demands.

• Writing/updating technical design, build and process documentation 

• Provide technical support during disaster and Perform Root Cause Analysis

Skills & experience

• Min 4 years experience with Cloud Ops or similar related role

• Proven experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

• Hands-on experience with cloud monitoring, logging, and alerting tools (e.g., Cloudwatch, Azure monitor, ElasticSearch, Grafana, NewRelic, DynaTrace, DataDog).

• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python, PowerShell)

• Working knowledge of Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar)

• Good understanding of ITIL concepts and service management best practices

• Given problems to investigate, Identifying potential project obstacles, present findings.

• Support the project team, assisting on maintenance, monitoring and documentation. 

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science or a related field

• AWS Certifications, Azure Certifictions is desired

• Experience with container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes, ECS) will be added value

• Experience in multi-cloud or hybrid environments is a must
